A city in the old world that was not of any particular note, but apparently is the last surviving city of Old Aphora. Ruled by stewards called Triarchs, they are supposed to turn over their leadership to the Empress upon her return. We met an ambassador from here by the name of Colias Eliyarus during the Ambassadorial Ball in Session 046.
